This is a small card left blank inside for a note.

I also do these in sets of six - no two quite the same as they vary slightly in colour and the fold for the medallion.

They can also be used for other purposes with a change of wording in the oval (e.g. Best Wishes, A note from Susan, or even no oval at all)
